Privacy notice

This notice explains how Catch A Flight uses your personal data, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Who we are

The data controller is Sneaker Spot Ltd, trading as Catch A Flight, a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us about anything in this notice at catchagems@gmail.com.

What we collect

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf under contract:

Some processors may transfer data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you’re subscribed or a member, and delete or anonymise it within 12 months of you leaving, unless we need to keep payment records longer for tax law (usually six years). Analytics events are kept for up to 26 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email catchagems@gmail.com. We’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

We keep this simple. We don’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

Essential

First-party analytics

Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them; it sets no cookies. You can clear or block local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works, but locked deals will stay locked on that device until you contact us to restore member access.

Terms of use

What we do

Catch A Flight finds and shares cheap flight fares from UK airports. We are not a travel agent, airline or tour operator, and we don’t sell flights. When you book, you book directly with our partners or the airline, under their terms and conditions. Your booking contract, any ATOL or other protection, changes and refunds are between you and them.

Fares change fast

Prices are correct when we find them, but airlines change fares constantly and seats sell out, sometimes within minutes. Prices shown are usually return, per person, and may exclude checked bags or seat selection. Always check the final price and details on the booking site before you pay. We can’t guarantee any fare will still be available.

Membership, billing and cancelling

7-day trial for 50p

When offered, the trial costs 50p, charged when you sign up, and gives full membership for 7 days. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your chosen plan (annual, £39.99, unless you picked another) starts automatically and you’ll be charged its full price. The trial is limited to one per person.

Fair use

Membership is for your personal use. Please don’t share your access, resell our deals or copy the site’s content in bulk.

Liability

We work hard to make sure information is accurate, but it is provided as-is. We aren’t liable for losses arising from a partner’s or airline’s service, a fare changing or disappearing, or travel disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

How we make money

Catch A Flight is funded by memberships and by affiliate commission. When you click a booking link and buy from one of our partners, such as Skyscanner, Trip.com and Kiwi.com, we may earn a commission.

It costs you nothing extra: you pay the same price as going direct. Commission never decides which deals we share. We post a fare because it’s a genuinely good price, wherever it’s booked.
